Below are a few of the requirements that you would be expected to meet if you decide to continue with the employment application and are hired by Fiesta Fun, Family Fun Center.
*HONESTY* Honesty is a HUGE requirement at Fiesta Fun! This includes accurate cash handling and proper use of tools and inventory. Friends and family are our guests, and pay for food and services just like any other guest. Honesty is a must when dealing with guests, employees, and the company.
*FRIENDLY ATTITUDE & COMMITMENT TO EXCELLENCE* Fiesta Fun is dedicated to achieve excellence in family entertainment. We are committed to making each patron feel they are truly our GUEST by providing high quality entertainment, FRIENDLY EMPLOYEES, and the BEST SERVICE. Fiesta Fun seeks to employ individuals who are friendly, self motivated and strive to become the best they can be.
*SCHEDULE* The schedule is posted weekly. Employees are responsible to check their own work schedule. Employees are expected to be on time. Employees are to make proper arrangements if he/she is unable to work his/her scheduled shift, ensuring the shift will be covered. Due to the nature of our business, you will be expected to work weekends and holidays.
*APPEARANCE* Appearance is VERY important here at Fiesta Fun! Employees are required to wear the uniform shirt provided. Employees are expected to come to work clean and groomed. This includes: Clean and pressed clothes, clean and combed hair. No body piercings allowed. Females are allowed to wear one set of earrings but no hoops.
*DRUGS/ALCOHOL* Employees are prohibited from distributing, dispensing, possessing or using of any illegal drugs or alcohol, on or off the clock, while on the premises. Employees who come to the workplace under the influence of illegal drugs or alcohol, or use them while on duty, will be terminated immediately. We do random drug testing when we feel it is necessary.
Good people skills and courtesy are required at all times!
